Reverend Albert Henry Piper

Reverend Albert Henry Piper b. 1875 d. 1956. In 1897 Reverend Piper left Christchurch, New Zealand to join the Avondale Christian School in Cooranbong, New South Wales. He was the first Seventh-Day Adventist missionary from Australasia in Rarotonga where he spent the years 1900 - 1906 with his wife Hettie in service to the mission. In his peak years, Reverend Piper served as Secretary of the Union Conference (later called South Pacific Division) and as Vice President for Island Missions with Reverend A. G. Stewart. He died at home in Wahroonga, Sydney in 1956.
