Caption on photo: "Pago Pago, Savo, showing Ganudalcanar - Solomons. 643 - Beattie Hobart". Photo taken in 1906 by John Watt Beattie during a trip to the Pacific with the Diocese of Melanesia on board the Southern Cross.
