Photograph published in Townsville Daily Bulletin May 19 1928.

Part of a collection of photographs taken by Mrs Christison in the years 1874, 1896 and 1898 while living on Lammermoor station with her husband Robert Christison. Their daughter Mary Montgomery Bennett published some of these photographs in her book 'Christison of Lammermoor' (1927). She donated the photographs along with other documents to the University of Queensland in 1929 where they were held by the Fryer Library until 1980.

Dalleburra was recorded by Christison and Bennett as the name of the Aboriginal people living in the Lammermoor region; Yirandali is recorded by AIATSIS as the preferred name. Locality originally recorded as Lammemoor Tableland.
