A cane and kapok implement used to draw through a blowpipe to clean it. Coiled length of rattan fibres with a section of unspun wool at one end.
Bowpipe cleaner 26091 was collected by Mrs Hall and her husbandin the mid-1930's in the Parinas Valley of Peru. The exact location is unknown but it was a two and half drive from Talana on the coast. The local artifact trader would go on trading journeys into the headwaters of the Amazon River with men, coming out to the coast at Talara.
